Catan Setup v0.1.3

Based on a user comment, made a change to enforce the 6/8 rule , where a 6 tile can't be next to an 8 tile.  It also made sense to change the effect of the Smart Renumber option; if it is not checked , then Mixing or Shifting will reset the numbers to the Catan instructions "standard" values.

Catan Setup v0.1.2

The following changes are now in version 0.1.2 :
Added trading ports.  Trading ports are spaced every other hex around the perimeter of the main board.  The are oriented towards the longs row of tiles.  They can be shuffled.
Added Pan/Zoom - The addition of ports make the map appear smaller on screen.  The map can be panned around using your finger.  Clicking the Zoom/Pan button toggles between panning and zooming.  When in Zoom mode, sliding your finger up magnifies, down makes the map smaller.
Tweaked the layout to hopefully better center the map on various display resolutions.

Next steps:
Add expansions.
Add NQR-Dice (Not-Quite-Random dice utility)

Catan Setup v0.1.1

The following changes were made to Catan Setup app this past week and will be published this morning:
- v 0.1.1
- changed "Shift" to better move the tiles in one click of the button
- changed "Mix" to allow adjustment of how many times it shuffles the tiles
- added an option to "Smart Renumber" to distribute the tile values more fairly
- added a Preferences menu to store mix count and smart renumber
- added an Info page to describe the app

Published Catan Setup 0.1.0

Published Catan Setup in the Android Market today.  This is a simple app which I designed to help me learn the Android Development process from start to finish.  Settlers of Catan is an offfline boardgame which uses a set of 19 hexagon tiles to create a game map.  Each tile represents the type of resource generated (wood, wheat, ore, etc) when a dice roll matches the value of the tile.  Catan Setup assists in placing the tiles and values randomly to generate a different play experience each game.

Mix - shuffles the tiles
Shift - shifts the tiles to attempt to separate colors
Number - renumbers the tile values without shifting the tiles
